Evansville North Itinerary

Marching Tigers @ Evansville North

 

This Saturday, September 24th, the Marching Tigers will perform at the Evansville North Invitational! Below you will see the listed itinerary for the day of the contest.  All members must be on time and ready for rehearsal and departure as listed below. Please make sure that you eat before rehearsal.  Each member must be in their show shirt to load the bus. All members must travel to the contest by bus with the rest of the group.  If you elect to leave after the competition without taking the bus, you must ride with your parent and must provide written documentation that must be turned into Mr. Salmond. Students may not leave with anyone other than your parent/guardian. NO EXCEPTIONS! THIS IS REQUIRED BY THE SCHOOL CORPORATION’S LIABILITY POLICIES!

 

FOR GPS USERS:

We will be competing in Class 2A Beginning at 6:25. Gates open at 4:00

 

11:30 Begin rehearsal

2:30 Dismiss rehearsal and load buses and equipment (food, hydrate, rest)

4:00 Depart for Evansville North (Show shirts ON)

4:45 Arrive at Evansville North and unload equipment and get into uniform.

6:00 Transit to Music Warm up

6:11 Music Warm-up

6:35 Transit for Performance

6:48 Staging

6:51 PERFORMANCE

7:00 Return to buses to change/load equipment/eat (Show shirts ON)

7:45 Sit inside stadium as a group to enjoy the remaining bands! Be courteous!

9:00 AWARDS!

9:15 Return to buses for recap

9:30 Depart for PCHS

10:00 Return to PCHS and unload equipment. EVERYONE HELPS!

Castle Invitational Itinerary

Beginning Saturday, September 17th, the Marching Tigers will continue their season at the Castle Invitational! Below you will see the listed itinerary for the day of the contest.  All members must be on time and ready for rehearsal and departure as listed below. Please make sure that you eat before rehearsal and bring a small sack lunch/water to eat before departure. Each member must be in their show shirt to load the bus. All members must travel to the contest by bus with the rest of the group.  If you elect to leave after the competition without taking the bus, you must ride with your parent and must provide written documentation that must be turned into Mr. Salmond. As we begin our competitive marching season, please remember that we are always competing against ourselves first and foremost. Trophies and awards look great but working hard and improving as a group is always most important. If we always try to make ourselves better, than success will follow suit.
