Order Schwan’s from the band!

The Schwan’s Fundraiser kicks off this Friday, March 4th. This is a new fundraiser for the band and we hope to make it a successful one.

This one is easy! Many people order from Schwan’s already. So instead of simply ordering on your normal schedule, order from the band! Everything in the normal catalog is available for sale. If you or someone you know has not tried Schwan’s in the past, give it a try! Their selection of food tastes great and they have many frozen meats and sides that make dinner easy.

Orders are due March 14th.

Pickup of food will be Saturday, April 9th at the High School from 10am – 2pm.

Butter Braids are on Sale

We’re doing our fall fundraiser a little earlier this year, so NOW is the time to order your BUTTER BRAIDS!! We’re also selling the frozen cookie dough again this year. If you haven’t heard from your favorite band student yet, give them a call! Orders can also be placed on the web at 1stclassfundraisers.com–use the code “prbands”. We’ll be taking in-person orders through Monday, Oct. 4th, but you can order online anytime!

Your purchase or donation helps support all of the band programs at PCHS and PCMS, not just marching band. The band programs within NGSC are largely self-funded and the money raised through fundraisers such as this one goes to instruments and instrument repair, travel costs for band competitions, instruction, etc.

Spring in Bloom Fundraiser

Don’t forget that orders for the Spring in Bloom fundraiser need to be turned in by March 15th. Sixth grade and Guard have until March 19th as they received their forms later.

One unique item to be aware of on this fundraiser is that a band member can sell online. So for those grandparents, aunts and uncles and other family members that live outside of the Princeton area, a student can send a specialized link to interested people to browse the items for sale online. They can purchase using their credit card on the website and the items will be shipped directly to their home.

Simply go to www.helpourgroup.com, and click on the student login. Our group number is 27913. Once you type that in, you will see a link for Princeton Comm HS Band. You can enter the emails of people you would like to invite and send the emails directly from the site – or – have the band member send the email to themselves. When they get the email, they can click the link to go to the site. The web address will be unique to the band member, so they can copy and paste that link and send it directly from their email or even post it to their facebook page.

Also, please remember that the online store is active for ONE YEAR from now, so the end of the booklet part of the promotion doesn’t have to be the end of selling. Anyone can go to the above site up to a year from now to help out the band.
