Rehearsal schedule for regional week :  Full Band – Mon., Tue., and Thur. 6-9pm, Fri., 1pm-4pm.

Friday – Dinner provided by band boosters. Friday night’s ball game is senior night. All senior/parent information must be submitted by Thurs. morning.

Also, If anyone would like to donate snacks for Saturday, it would be greatly appreciated!!

Here is what we are looking for:

Fruit, veggies and healthy snacks that travel well.  We ask that the fruit and veggies be cleaned and individually bagged…just alot easier for everyone:) If you have any questions, please comment below, or email boosters@princetonbands.com

Marching Tigers…On The Road

Saturday, Oct. 16, 2011 at Center Grove High School in Greenwood, IN

Admission is $7.00 for adults and $5.00 for students and preschoolers

All equipment/props/uniforms should be loaded on the truck/trailer immediately following the football game on Friday night.

4:30am Report to band room for attendance/Load buses
4:45 Leave for Martinsville
7:15 Eat breakfast in Martinsville
8:15 Leave for Center Grove
9:00 Arrive at CGHS

10:00 Be dressed and assemble for warm up/march to warm up
10:17 Physical warm up
10:46 Music warm up
11:31 Performance
11:46 Change out of uniform/load equipment
1:41pm Awards
2:00 Quick wrap-up meeting
2:15 Load buses
2:20 Leave for PCHS
5:30 Arrive at PCHS – change/unload all equipment

We must achieve 64 points to receive a gold rating. The top ten bands in the class will advance to semi-state.
REMEMBER: Gold means Jon Jon wears a dress!!!

No one is dismissed until ALL equipment is unloaded and all buses are clean.

If you will be traveling from the event other than by school bus, I must have a note from a parent and they must be present for your dismissal. You may not leave with anyone other than your parental unit. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! School liability will permit nothing less.

The schedule has changed since posted on the website on Tuesday!

Mr. Hyneman has decided to not go to the Castle Invitational and stay home and rehearse Saturday morning instead. There is a lot of work to get done before District on October 1st!

So, this Saturday, there will be rehearsal in the morning. We will then have lunch for the marchers and staff before leaving for Evansville. We will still go to Garvin Park to meet up and let the marchers hang with a couple other bands before traveling to Central Stadium for the night competition.

If you would like to donate desserts or water for lunch on Saturday, we would certainly accept those donations. If donating a dessert, please no cupcakes.
